Grants and tenders

We provide grants and tenders to build support and help increase community awareness of organ and tissue donation.

Community Awareness Grants

Our Community Awareness Grants support community-based awareness and education activities that contribute to increasing public understanding of and support for organ and tissue donation for transplantation.

Successful grants awarded through the DonateLife Community Awareness Grants program were announced in January 2025. See our current partners for further information.

Applications are currently open for 2026. Please visit our Community Awareness Grants page for further information.

We publish all grant opportunities on the Australian Government’s grants information system, GrantConnect.

Tenders

We publish all open and competitive approaches to market on the Australian Government’s online tendering system, AusTender.

The Department of Finance’s Selling to Government | Selling to Government (finance.gov.au) website provides information to support businesses to understand how to participate in Australian Government procurement and contracting opportunities.

Procurement complaints

Making a complaint

All procurement complaints will be handled fairly, without discrimination and as efficiently as possible. There are two types of procurement complaints:

  • a complaint made under section 18 of the Government Procurement (Judicial Review) (GP(JR)) Act 2018 (a 'GPJR Act Complaint'); and
  • a complaint regarding something that we propose to do, or have done, during a procurement process, that does not satisfy the requirements for a GPJR Act Complaint (a 'General CPRs Procurement Complaint').
How to lodge a complaint

If you wish to make a GPJR Act Complaint, or General CPRs Procurement Complaint, about a procurement process conducted by us, you should complete the OTA Procurement Complaint Form, and lodge it in writing via email or post to the addresses specified below.
