Everyone is welcome to come along to our DonateLife Week launch event on the Sunshine Coast. Radio station MIX FM will be talking all things organ and tissue donation during a 3-hour outside broadcast from 9 am to 12 pm on the boardwalk in front of Alexandra Headlands Surf Club. 

Join us at 10 am for a walk along the beachfront heading towards Maroochydore SLSC. Feel free to dress up or wear magenta/pink and meet some like-minded people.

The DonateLife team will have an information stall and the Surf Club coffee shop will be giving out free coffees to everyone who talks about organ and tissue donation with our team. Feel free to pop along and show your support, spruik the event to your network or contact the team to volunteer on the day.

We want all Australians to talk about organ and tissue donation. If you want to be a donor, make sure you tell your family and friends.

Registering is easy and only takes one minute. All you need is your phone, Medicare card and one minute to register.

It doesn’t matter how old you are, your medical history, your lifestyle, what country you’re from or how healthy you are — you can still register as an organ and tissue donor.
