Join us for the Sydney activation event for DonateLife Week 2026, bringing people together for an afternoon of connection, community and impact.

Hosted by Curated, DonateLife, the NSW Multicultural Communities Association (NMCA) and The Lansdowne Hotel, this event celebrates the power of diverse communities coming together to raise awareness for organ and tissue donation.

The afternoon begins with a relaxed meet-up at Victoria Park, where you’ll connect with others and hear powerful stories from transplant recipients, donor families and community leaders. Together, we’ll take a short Walk for a Cause through the park before heading to The Lansdowne Hotel for a vibrant social session featuring music, guest speakers and meaningful conversations.
Everyone is welcome to attend (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult). Guests are encouraged to wear a touch of magenta (pink) in support of DonateLife Week.

We want all Australians to talk about organ and tissue donation. If you want to be a donor, make sure you tell your family and friends.

Registering is easy and only takes one minute. All you need is your phone, Medicare card and one minute to register.

It doesn’t matter how old you are, your medical history, your lifestyle, what country you’re from or how healthy you are — you can still register as an organ and tissue donor.

The Organ and Tissue Authority acknowledges the traditional owners of country throughout Australia, and their continuing connection to land, sea and community. We pay our respects to them and their cultures, and to elders both past and present.
