Mr David O'Leary

Mr O'Leary is President of Gift of Life Inc., a prominent advocacy group promoting organ and tissue donation based in Canberra. He received a liver transplant over 20 years ago. During his career, he was a senior executive within the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and was Consul-General in New Caledonia and Hong Kong.
