Submit your story to the DonateLife Book of Life.

In the lead-up to DonateLife Week, we encourage you or your organisation to submit a story to be included in the DonateLife Book of Life.

This online book will showcase people's stories about organ and tissue donation throughout 2011.

Stories can be submitted via the form on the right. Images can also be submitted using the form on the right. Please upload the highest resolution image available. Images must be either in either the .JPG or .GIF file formats.

There is a word limit for story submissions of around 350 words (or 1500 characters). Surname's will not be displayed in the online eBook to maintain a level on anonymity. This information is only for our records.
