Old, new and emerging ethical dilemmas in donation and transplantation

This Professional Education Symposium provides an opportunity for local and international experts, health care professionals, policy makers, community leaders, ethicists and academics to come together to discuss key ethical issues in organ and tissue donation and transplantation. The symposium will comprise a series of 20-minute talks addressing persisting, novel and emerging issues in the field, with opportunities for participants to ask questions and join in discussion.

• Prof Elmi Muller, University of Cape Town
• Dr Antonia Cronin, King’s College London

Participants in the symposium are also encouraged to attend a public forum being held on Saturday 28thOctober, in conjunction with the symposium. Symposium participants will be eligible for concession tickets to the public forum event.
