Donor family support
Reputable accredited professional bereavement counsellors are available to support donor families at any time after the death of the donor. Families who wish to use this service will have up to six counselling sessions funded by donatelife in Tasmania.
Service of thanksgiving and remembrance
The service, which will be arranged for 2010, is a non-religious service that acknowledges the people who generously donated as well as those who have benefited from receiving transplants.
