Organ and Tissue Donor Thanksgiving Service
This is an annual Indigenous awareness event and thanksgiving service
There will be an information stall and giveaways held at Westfield Marion.
There will be a BBQ and music in the courtyard at Flinders Medical Centre.
There will be an information booth, business card raffle and entertainment at Rundle Mall in Gawler Place from 22-24 February.
Each year a commemorative rose planting ceremony is held in the Gift of Life Garden when a donor family representative is chosen to speak and plant a rose on behalf of all donors and their families.
2010 marks the tenth anniversary of the Rose Planting ceremony in Adelaide
AODAW is the largest public awareness campaign in Australia associated with organ and tissue donation for transplantation.
