The Organ and Tissue Authority has prepared an annual forecast of expected contract opportunities with the aim of increasing the industry’s advance knowledge of the Authority’s requirements.
The planned procurements are based on the best information available at the time of publication and may be subject to change.

Senate order on Government agency contracts
2008-09 Financial Year Report
Pursuant to the Senate Order for Departmental and Agency Contracts (as amended December 2003), the following table sets out contracts entered into by the Authority which provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more and which:
1. have not been fully performed as at 30 June 2009
2. which have been entered into during the period 1 July 2008 to 30 June 2009.
Most of the contracts listed contain confidentiality provisions of a general nature that are designed to protect the confidential information of the parties that may be obtained or generated in carrying out the contract.
The reasons for including such clauses include:
1. ordinary commercial prudence that requires protection of trade secrets, propriety information and the like; and/or
2. protection of other Commonwealth material and personal information.
